Growing up in the south, you just can’t not love sweet tea right? I mean, you aren’t a true southerner by definition if you don’t drink the “unofficial house wine of the south”. It was served at every get together, every special occasion. But I was a very picky child, so picky in fact that I was the exception to the rule that I just didn’t care for, what I described as “brown water with a bunch of sugar in it”. It didn’t taste like anything but sugar. No complexity of flavors. Even as a child I was looking for more. As an adult, I tried tea again, but it wasn’t the southern sweet tea I grew up on.It was a hot cup of Earl Grey tea. My world changed. And possibly your world of tea will too.
As a young adult, my interest grew toward natural and clean living, and I learned a great deal about herbals and botanicals on the medicinal side. When my love of tea developed, blending wellness and herbal teas were second nature to me and I couldn’t wait to share the teas that helped me so much with others!
My newfound love for tea spilled over into blending my own for myself, for friends and family. I wanted to share it with others, so I started my own business in 2024. With the support of my husband, this woman owned business is committed to bringing you the highest quality tea, truly unique flavors, top notch customer service and the experience that you are seeking with each sip.
Much love and tea,
Lisa
